Refund Request Criteria


At Nweke Holding Company, customer satisfaction and service excellence remain central to our operations. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

A refund request may be approved where:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or expired at the time of purchase.

  • The wrong product or service was supplied.

  • The product does not meet the agreed specifications.

  • A billing error or duplicate charge has occurred.

  • A service was not delivered as contracted or agreed.

Conditions

  • Requests must be submitted within the specified refund period (as stated on the invoice or service agreement).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or transaction confirmation) must be provided.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.

  • Perishable goods may be subject to additional time-sensitive conditions.

Review & Processing

  • All refund requests are reviewed in line with our quality assurance and compliance standards.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment where possible.

  • Processing timelines will be communicated upon approval.

Nweke Holding Company remains committed to fairness, transparency, and responsible resolution of customer concerns.

Investigation

When the loss or impact is caused at the fault of any Nweke Holding subsidiary, an investigation will commence to determine the cause and confirm the outcome. If the loss or impact is the fault of the company, Nweke Holding's will reimburse reasonable costs and/or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Procedure

To request a refund or return, please submit a ticket through the Help Center and provide the following details within the message:

1.        Issue Description

2.        Order Number

3.        Name on Bank Account

4.        Bank Account #

PLEASE NOTE: CHANGING YOUR MIND IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR A REFUND

Nweke Holding Company LTD will provide refunds or replacements where:

  • Products are defective
  • Services were not performed as agreed
  • Food safety concerns arise
  • The company is at fault

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of misuse, customer error, or failure to follow instructions.
