• The matter will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.

• Corrective action may include repair, replacement, re-performance of services, or other remedies consistent with contractual terms.

• Remedies shall be limited to those expressly provided under the applicable agreement or as required by law.

Applicability

• Applies only to products and services supplied directly by Nweke Holdings or its authorized subsidiaries.

• Does not extend to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party alterations.

• Is subject to the governing contract and applicable Nigerian and/or local law.

Nothing in this statement limits statutory consumer rights under applicable legislation.
